I applied directly after seeing the job ad on Linkedin. Initial phone call with their in-house recruiter was followed by a take-home assignment which, once I submitted it, had been evaluated. I was then asked to come in to present the work and meet the team. At a later stage, I was called in once more to also meet a team member who could not attend the first session. A few weeks later I got the final decision that I am offered the role
