Sorry to say that this organization is a joke. After the initial recruiting call, I followed up with the recruiter. He didn't bother following up, which also goes to show how they regard candidates. There was apparently a discrepancy on my resume. I think I attached an outdated version to my application. Instead of clarifying with me or requesting that I send a new one, they said they were "concerned" about my candidacy and were not able to make a decision. After that, I told the recruiter flat out, that I'll be withdrawing my application. I have other opportunities at places that pay better/ have a more streamlined process/have roles more aligned to my interests.They're running an extremely incompetent recruiting organization. The thing that is most irritating, is that they actually ask quite in depth questions during this recruiter call, even though recruiting doesn't really have much domain knowledge as it relates to this role. So, it was a complete waste of my time- the call took at least 40 minutes
