Reached out by recruiter and immediately told me I would be going to the next round of interviews with the hiring manager. This was back June and it is now October and the job is still open. No feedback whatsover. They are posting ghost jobs and the hiring manager has no intention of hiring. She said they were looking to fill two vacancies at the end of the month but its been almost 5 months.

Applied online, got an email for a 20min recruiter call. Next came 2 30min interviews with SrMgr and VP. Next was a 30min call with the hiring manager. Not sure why they don't do the hiring manager interview first, doesn't really make sense to me. Questions were your standard interview question. Process was 100% virtual on Zoom.

Interview
Initial phone screening with HR then met with 2 managers, 1 SFA, and VP of Finance over the course of 2 weeks with each interview lasting about 45 minutes.
The interview with the 2 finance managers and 1 SFA, consisted of STAR questions and questions about how one would go about forecasting/planing for a business.
The interview with the VP of Finance consisted of a P&L case study and general questions of the economy.
The HR specialist claimed I received great feedback from the team and then crickets...
