The process starts out with FALSE email communication. They pretend like they have sent you an email, and ask for why you did not get back to them. This is funny.
Then I was moved to a technical phone interview round where they scan your resume and ask questions about your work experience and C# in particular.
They promise to get back to you in 2 weeks, but after a month they send you an email saying you did not make the cut.
The in-person interview is mostly a behavioral style interview.
THEY BRAG ABOUT HAVING A GYM, PERSONAL TRAINERS AND OFF DUTY PERKS like free parking.
None of those mean anything to any candidate if a company is unable to hold its promise of getting back to people who have applied in a timely manner.
It seemed like they interviewed 50 people, and choose the best 2, then send reject emails after everyone is interviewed.
