Medpace RSP Coordinator interview questions

The interview included an initial interview then there was a peer interview of supervisors then I was given the offer. Pretty standard stuff, the interviewers asked similar questions and i was Not grilled

The HR generalist stated it would take about a week to set up an on-site, it took 2 weeks. I was more confident than the interviewers were. They seemed very awkward. The HR generalist stated it would take a week maybe 2 for a decision but I would be notified if it went passed a week. My application was updated in the beginning of August and was not notified until more than 3 weeks later after I initiated the communication. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional.
