The interview was a 1-2 hour interview process. Initially, I met with a woman in HR who got met set up with a skills test--it is simply a test where you practice taking down the details from various phone orders. It tests your ability to make your way through a customer order and take down detailed notes on a computer at the same time. Then I was interview by two different supervisors--the questions were pretty basic and slanted towards my ability to work on a team and sell to customers.
