After a written winderlic test I interviewed with 2 separate people asking more behavioral questions, then a final interview with those who I would be working with. All went well and the last interview they pretty much told me to expect an offer in a few days... 3 weeks later they got back with me to let me they are going with someone else. I was disappointed, but I'm guessing they didn't want to pay me close to what I was currently getting.
I would recommend practicing the winderlic test in written format because the online versions felt much easier.
