Interview was about 40 min. Consisted of 10 questions regarding strengths, weaknesses, and why we want to work on that specific field. Scenario questions were also asked throughout the interview.

Straight forward, panel of 4 with educator, charge nurse, unit manager, and staff registered nurse over zoom video call. Asked 5 questions. Friendly interviewers for the most part. Average questions like difficult patient, tell me about yourself, how would you handle unknown situation.

I first received a phone call to schedule an in person interview. The interview was a panel interview that lasted 1 hour. There were a list of of situational/behavioral questions that they went through followed by 2 clinical questions and 2 video clinical case studies.

Interview
I applied to the new graduate RN program for the float unit on their website using the applicant portal and was contacted by email a few weeks later for an interview. I was emailed on Monday about an interview that would take place on Wednesday. I was interviewed with the person who emailed me and two other unit managers.
