Incredibly low pressure interview. Was quick and easy, and consisted of the store manager asking about my previous work experience and when I'm available to work. Very laid back, and made me feel at home and incredibly excited to work there.

There was a phone interview with generic questions followed by one in-person. They asked me to put together several outfits and to associate them with a customer archetype (business formal/casual etc).

pretty easy. asks about skills, theoretical questions about the job, etc. got a call back within the week and started onboarding a week later. overall a smooth and easy process.
