Interview
The store manager and assistant manager were both present, but conducted the interview standing in the corner of the store. Not a lot of questions asked, very casual interview atmosphere.
There was a phone interview with generic questions followed by one in-person. They asked me to put together several outfits and to associate them with a customer archetype (business formal/casual etc).

pretty easy. asks about skills, theoretical questions about the job, etc. got a call back within the week and started onboarding a week later. overall a smooth and easy process.
