I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Men's Wearhouse (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2012
Interview
Very short and easy. There is no background check or drug screening. I have a very colorful background, but that never came up. The management of these stores are pretty laid back. If you are referred by a friend or family, you will get hired. If you're referred by the regional manager, you will get hired. If you're young and cute, you will get hired. The questions are based more on your personality than the job duties because the store managers just want a easy going kind of person that won't make any waves.
