Fast and nice contact with HR. Interview was scheduled for 30min - turned out to be 1h 10min incl. case as they thought I completed the 30min g2k already. My second time interviewing @Merck and my second bad experience. They seem extremely conservative so better act all nerdy and tame! Didn't even proposed the "du".

Very clear at all levels. The process is split in two: the first interview is personal fit (why Merck, why this internship and so on) & the second part is a case (usually something healthcare related, so maybe prepare by doing healthcare case studies).

1st : Fit + Case (New product on the market > Flat Sales WHY ?)
2nd : FiT + Case (Define the strategy of a new department at Merck in Germany)
Interviewers : Very friendly and helpful, No tricky question, former external consultants (Monitor D, Accenture Strategy)
