Mercy Administrative Assistant interview questions

A day or two after completing the application, I received an email stating, "You are invited to start the interview process by completing a series of questions by text or email." The multiple choice questionnaire, requires the recipient to choose which of the five(ish) answers provided is the best response to the described scenario. It's fairly easy, but time consuming. A few minutes after completing the questionnaire, I received an email and text message stating, "You are invited to complete a self-paced phone interview." You have 48 hours to complete the self-paced phone interview, which takes 15-20 minutes to complete. I just finished the phone interview so I have no additional information on the process as of yet.
