MeridianLink Sr. Finance Manager interview questions

Like many of the other reviews here, my experience was exactly the same. "I had a great first interview with the recruiter. He said I checked all the boxes and was sending me on to be evaluated by the hiring manager. He said he would update me in two days. Then nothing. A week passes and I followed up. Nothing. 2 weeks later... I follow up again...still nothing. More than a month and a half later, I get an automated rejection email from someone else. Horrible experience and absolutely embarrassing for MeridianLink that this is how they treat their candidates. The recruiters are inexperienced and incredibly junior, with quite a pompous attitude for such low effort.
