I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Austin, TX) in Jan 2013
Interview
Initial HR Screening interview with behavioral questions. Was then told I made it to the next round for a phone interview. Same easy behavioral questions (why FB, why risk, etc.). After that, I was told I would have another phone interview (very similar questions). Finally, I was flown for four different interviews at their headquarters. These questions were more analytical, which was a bit of a surprise.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Singapore) in Apr 2022
Interview
Through recruiter, long process but worth it. The interview is friendly, some behaviour questions. Team are supportive and keen to offer insights about the position. I share how I could contribute to the job with my relevant skills and experience.
Screening interviewer was great. Very professional and focused. Interview was smooth and nothing invasive asked. Very behavioral based, not too much technical. A big focus during the interview was how I would fit into the role.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta (Hyderābād)
Interview
I was being hired for the first batch in a new office location so the interview rounds were tougher and many in number. Totally I had 7 conversations with 7 different people. The focus is on three main aspects - culture fit, knowledge of /experience in the business segment and analytical/behavioural analysis.
