They are slow to hire. They also get a lot of applications, so it can feel a little competitive. I must have called at least 15x before I finally got someone to look at my resume. I've always been good at interviewing so that was no problem for me; I was hired on the spot. They ask the basic "tell me about yourself" questions, and they prefer people who are somewhat familiar with their products and/or crafting. They like upbeat people who can keep up with a fast pace environment. However, it took like 15 more calls before I was able to get an orientation and start the job.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
