Interview
Easy. They call you and make an appointment. When you show up they take you to the office and ask questions, do a background check and ask availability after that they will give you a call with an offer or they will send you a rejection email.

Do you enjoy working with people? Are you a crafter? What kind of crafts do you enjoy?
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
