I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Michaels (Broomfield, CO) in Jan 2015
Interview
It was short, which was nice however it felt more like I was being told all of the things that is wrong with working there and if I was okay with all of the issues they had. So off the bat, I felt like it was going to be an unprofessional work environment.

Question 1
Are you going to be okay dealing with old ladies who get aggressive about coupons?
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.
