Three phone interviews. By the time I got through the HR process to the marketing team the role was completely different. A huge disconnect. Really disappointing to get through all the interviews just to find out what they wanted was a different skill set.

It was a very extensive and thorough process. Had a chance to meet a lot of interesting stakeholders in my evaluation process! Had 4 rounds with their team and it could have been 5.

Std situational interview process. Situation task action outcome. How did you respond when... Panel and site visit. Much over teleconference. Team seemed great and approachable. Lots of growth on the team
