I was flown to Chicago from Houston. Although Houston has 2 direct flights daily to Chicago, for some reason I was flown with a connection which also costed 3 times the price. 6 people interviewed me. But I NEVER heard back from them. Never. At least answer my emails. At least say no. That despite paying for my hotel, meals and flight you can't hire me. This was after 2 or 3 phone interviews.
Very technical with a attention to detail on various solar tools and how they operate, comparing advantages and disadvantages. Also some questions about the high paced nature of the work.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Mitsubishi (Taikoo Shing)
Interview
It is complicated and extra long. You have to go through the HR, hiring manager, all managerial levels and GM. Well prepared is required and necessary. Challenging question may be required to read the non-sense article with Mandarin.
