They mentioned it was a very sales oriented position and that they were looking for more people to hire at the time of my interview. They were very keen to mention how this position required a lot of hiring

I texted with a recruiter to schedule a phone interview time slot. She was very delayed in responding and also canceled on me 15 mins prior to our interview. We rescheduled. I waited 45 minutes for her to call at our rescheduled time. She finally called, asked a few simple questions, and decided I could be brought in to meet her team. Between the phone interview and the scheduled interview time, I decided I did not want to work for a company where this behavior was the norm and cancelled my in-person interview.
