I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mondo (Atlanta, GA) in May 2016
Interview
I was called by someone at their headquarters...had very brief 20-25 minuet screening interview where they ask most basic questions to get to know you...Tell me about yourself, what drives you..simple. It was followed up by an interview with their team lead who describes the job more in depth, and asks basic questions again about strengths & weakness, why Mondo, why recruiting?

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mondo (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2023
Interview
Easy interview but low salaries and weekend work required. I was offered a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Was called after applying and told to schedule with one of their in house recruiters
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mondo in Mar 2023
Interview
I had an initial phone screen for an opportunity, I read the reviews on Glassdoor but I tried to enter the conversation with an open mind. I could tell straight off the bat this is a micromanaged company with zero work life balance, cliquey teams. When I asked about base salary increase the hiring lead told me they would get back to me and never did. I am glad I decided to not move forward.
I was emailed from LinkedIn to set up an interview but during the call the interviewer was acting like she the role wasn’t a fit. It was awkward! She kept saying she wants me to be happy and understand if it’s not a great fit because this role works long hours

Question 1
Very cliché questions - why do you wake up in the morning? What motivates you? Where will you be in five years?
