I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mondo (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process at Mondo is fast moving and they truly give a realistic insight into the day to day of the job. Lauren Nicoletti was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful from the moment she reached out to me on LinkedIn all the way through the offer. The whole process took only about a week which is great for the active job seekers looking to start ASAP! Lauren gave me a very realistic expectation of the job prior to coming in and prepared me well. I came into interview with the Director and Manager of recruiting then was able to shadow two recruiters. All around everyone painted the realistic day to day responsibilities and it was awesome to get to shadow the recruiters because then I was able to actually see their recruiting process. It is a very "google-esque" company that offers some of the best employee benefits outside of health and medical a company can offer and hearing all about them. The office has chalk board walls and music playing to keep the energy up.
Definitely got the full effect of the culture and day to day routine while shadowing which I think was a huge plus. After I left the site Lauren followed up right away and told me we would know within the next 48hrs. An offer was extended within those 48hrs and was able to start the following week!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mondo (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2026
Interview
First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mondo in Oct 2024
Interview
I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
