Montblanc interview questions

Interview with the SM was great! You can easily tell that she cares about the company's growth and the success of the team.. However the next interview with the TA was horrible. TA had to reschedule the interview since it landed on memorial day which was an easy fix and understanding. But then she reschedule the interview about four or five more times to set a date three weeks after the in-store interview. On the phone, she seemed completely out of it as she was asking how was California when I live in New York, then quickly explained my work history and that was it. She seemed totally out of it as she didn't engage to any of my work history nor cared. I sent a "thank you" soon after the interview and a "follow-up email" a week later. TA never responded to any of my emails about the position. About a month later, they reported the position on LinkedIn and quickly after received a generic "moved to other candidates" email. Throughout the entire process, I felt like the TA were in zero rush filling this spot and was just didn't care. Also, good luck if you are a male as this location only have female workers.
