Interview
The following process took about a month:
1) Interview with Branch Manager
2) (2 days later) Application and resume submission
3) (an hour later) Personality test (situations are presented and I chose one out of four available reactions), Mathematics test (25 questions all about weighted average portfolio returns and compound growth rates), Logic test (Premise is presented with a conclusion, and I used deductive reasoning--aka common sense--to chose the likelihood of the conclusion. The tests take about 3 hours.
4) (2 weeks later) Phone interview to prepare me for writing a business plan- very direct questioning about why I will be successful.
5) (15minutes later) Sent a Business Plan to complete within 10 days. It's about 5 pages of short answer questions wondering how you will gather clients. Sent it back the same day.
6) (2 weeks later) Final group meeting discussing the viability of my Business Plan.
7) (Later that afternoon) Hired, salary presented.

Interview
The overall interview process is not extremely difficult. Meeting with the a manager and maybe another senior advisor whom is involved with the hiring process. Detailed business plan to prepare. More on showing them how you can succeed at the job. It would probably be two to three interviews before actual consideration.

Interview
Starts off with a 30 min aptitude test followed by a 1-2 hour simulation of being an advisor in LA. This is followed by a 30 min hireview and 3 more tests if selected to move forward. At the end of the hireview you receive an email saying someone will be in touch and nobody contacted me. Had to check my status of the application through the applicant portal to find out I was no longer under consideration. Nothing out of the ordinary in the process except for the fact that I didn't get to speak to a single person throughout it and that is not very professional in my opinion.

Inept as inept can be. Couldn’t describe the job responsibilities effectively. It felt scummy the whole entire process. I would avoid at all costs. Heard bad things about this place.
