I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Mumbai) in Jan 2013
Interview
On campus screening aptitude test followed by interviews at the office. The advantage of having a campus round is that you are sure to be heard from the company given that you can clear the aptitude.
About 30 people were shortlisted for the on-site interview. It consisted of 1 technical round, followed by 1 group activity round and then a technical round again. People were eliminated at the end of each rounds.
There was an HR round at the very end.
The results were out within 2 hours of leaving the office.
