Motorola Solutions User Experience Designer interview questions

It was a single interview. The interviewer did not introduce themself. The interviewer did not ask me any questions to find out more about me or challenge me. The interviewer only asked that I introduce myself and show my work. The interviewer repeatedly vented about how I am overqualified and that I may not be the best fit for the role. The interviewer vented about a designer they inherited from another manager who was a poor employee. The interviewer also vented about how another company (a better company?) was hiring for UX Designers right now and 'taking away' the good candidates from this role at Motorola. All of this led me to believe that the interviewer (who would be my boss) was unhappy at Motorola. And it was bizarre how the interviewer was trying to turn me off from the job.
