The interview process for this position was very extensive. I can tell that they put a lot of time and effort into their hiring process and selecting individuals for the company. Initially I was very excited about the company and the opportunity. I went far in the interview process and thus spoke with several different people. They all generally asked me the same questions, with a few exceptions. That made the process kind of boring. But it was a very long process and I had to do a prospecting call and email exercise. Final interview was much more difficult. In the end, I decided I was not interested in the position anyways because they hire these incredibly smart and talented people for what boils down to a job that a monkey could do - cold calling and cold emailing from templates/scripts all day, every day. Like over 500 emails per week and over 200 calls is the standard, other ADRs said. You don't need a college degree to do that, in my opinion. Not a nurturing environment - status quos between ADRs is posted and updated regularly, always competing with your peers so not a friendly work environment.
