There were around 5 total rounds in the selection process. It starts with the application and includes a (or multiple) screenings, a project (depending on the field), and a final round of multiple interviews with members of your team ascending in title.

Mainly behavioral questions in which you had to demonstrate skills and expertise in the field via (succinct) storytelling.
The process starts with an On-Demand interview which felt awkward. This interview was done before any phone call so you aren't really able to ask too many questions or learn about the position until you are though the first step.

Do you have experience working in professional sports?
Started with a video recording answering pre selected questions. Then I moved onto zoom meetings with various team members. It is not a full time role, so I also worked with the hiring agency.
