National Instruments Engineering Leadership Program interview questions

I talked with them at a career fair at my university. The initial conversation was good and they seemed excited to tell me about their program. They called me that night and scheduled an in person interview the next day. The interview was with two people asking both technical and personal questions. Overall I really enjoyed the company and I found the people seemed to really like what they were doing. I received a site visit and went to Austin. The company seems like a really great work culture where everyone is interested in developing cool new technology. I had several interviews but no offer afterwords. They ask a lot of technical interview questions. I would recommend reviewing basic computer science and circuits theory before interviewing.

Pretty long interview process, initial behavioural interview followed by a technical interview. Flown out to NI headquarters and did a full day of interviews, both technical and behavioural. As a mechanical engineer, the technical interview was the most difficult, both hardware and software questions asked.
