Applied online and then went to the office and interviewed inside. It seemed to be a standard process to get the interview and appointment. I would arrive early to get parking and have time.

There is a lot of interview prep material on youtube or forum sites it helps to pre write and rehearse answer's to commonly asked interview questions as part of your preparation.
