Brought me in soon after I applied online. Met with lead floor manager and took about 30 minutes or so. Asked me questions such as how do I handle stress or rude customers, what do I do if I have multiple questions asked of me at a time. How do I prioritize them
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
