Interview
Easy but detailed... the person conducting my interview was very friendly but made it clear that our time together was serious and they were looking for specifics. Neiman Marcus focuses on customer service and places high emphasis on always going above and beyond for our clients. Once i complete the interview with the HR team member, I was introduced to the manager of the department I was interviewing for, and had a separate interview, on the spot, with said manager.

This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
