1 st round was written test( Aptitude + core engineering questions).then GD round there was group of 8-10 candidates. The topic was -Role of women in corporate. Then selected candidate went of HR(technical) interview. It took nearly 15-20 minute Each candidate.

Se hace una llamada telefónica con RRHH, al pasar esa fase se hizo un assessment con otros candidatos para ver temas de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
El assessment se divide en 3 partes, la primera es todos en equipo resolver un problema, la segunda te dividen en equipos y tienes que resolver un problema técnico y la tercera eres tu sola hablando sobre tu experiencia

Interview
Technical round followed by HR interview. Prepare for the interview on the basis of company's profile. Be confidant. If you are applying through campus prepare about your final year project in detail and basics of your graduation.
It went good but I was not hired as they were looking for experienced candidates however I am a fresh graduate. Overall the experience was fine, interview was fairly easy.
