Interview
The interview was conducted a day after the LGD is done. it took 30 minutes, most of the questions are general and based on your CV. The interviewer was friendly. I haven't heard back about the result of the interview, though.

explain why you are interested in applying this role, what do you know about the company, explain about your leadership and working experience
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.
30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills

Interview
It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
