-Phone Screening: Casual phone call and used STAR method. Everything sounded and seemed very good -Scheduled 2nd Interview: Contacted me last minute before the second interview and said they're pausing the hiring process and would inform me when opportunities opened up while expressing extreme interest in me as a candidate. Found out months later other people were hired and I was not contacted about the positions opening up. Extremely disappointed in HR.
