The interview and hiring process was long because the company is very careful and detailed in their hiring process. They screened the applicants very well and there were several interviews during the process. in my case I was interviewed in 5separate occassions by separate people from different countries. However, the process is very structured, organized and very professional.They make sure that they put the right people in the right position. I think that if you pass the Netsuite interview and hiring process, it will be easier for you to pass most of the interviews from other companies.
