I had an initial discussion with the recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then face to face interviews with the hiring manager and other people in the organization.
In any interview process, the comfort and perception of what the candidate takes away from the meetings is always determined by the professionalism, and the type of discussions you have. I have always tried to be transparent and welcoming to any people I have hired or interviewed earlier, even when parts of an interview may be trying to put the candidate under pressure or see how they handle unknowns etc.
I can happily say that the people I met at NetSuite came across as professionals, who were very forthright with what they were looking for, and where they thought there were gaps in my experience.
One reason I accepted the offer was the good vibe I felt while having the discussions during the interview process.
So far, I haven't seen anything after joining the company that seems to contradict what I felt earlier, so I can definitely recommend NetSuite to other candidates considering job opportunities at the company.
