1 in person interview (20 min behavioral with the team, 30 min general technical, 45 minute technical examination)
Entire process, from initial review till offer took about 3 weeks. Had to fill out a bunch of things for the application, then HR from NY reached out and did an initial screening. Next, had to complete a Skype interview with the head manager of the program. Finally, met the team and interviewed with them. It took about 2-2.5 hours. There was a technical skills examination. Mostly just general questions. NetSuite provides a lot training so they look for someone who is genuine, and well-rounded. I was offered the position two days after the interview. The background check was requested and took about another 3 weeks to complete. Finally an amazing gift basket was sent welcoming me to the team.
Now, they have changed the process a little bit. The final stage is called Super Day where you are flown out to Chicago and spend the entire day interviewing. Good luck.
