I applied online and done the numerical&verbal game based tests (they were actually fun!).
I was invited to an online video interview. There were 5 questions with a practice question. They were all situational. There was 90s to read and think and 2-3 min to answer. I am awaiting response now.

Question 1
All five questions were situation judgment test type of questions, but now you have to give your own solution on each problem. The questions was about typical problems you can came through your graduate program period.
After passing the first few stages of the hiring process, Network Rail sent me an e-mail for a video interview. So, I signed up to a portal, set my camera and watched the questions. After each question I had around 30 seconds to think and take notes. I had to talk for about 2-3 minutes for each question.
