Interview
Typical situational and competency tests (similar to IQ tests, such as recognising patterns and linking nets to 3D shapes). Afterwards, a recorded video interview answering pre-set questions in a given time whilst recorded.
Finally an assessment centre is held in Coventry before the final decision is made.
A successful candidate will return to the assessment centre one final time for a health check.

Short camera recorded video where you answer the questions that come up on the screen. It was quite fun.

There will be an interview session, where two interviewers will ask you to give examples to show your certain traits. Also, a situational task is given regarding railway safety. After the interview, it will be a presentation. In this session, the interviewer will also ask candidate to provide their right to work.

First, you need to do a 10-minute presentation with self chosen topic. After that, you will face a scenario exercise. Finally, the interviewers will ask you some behavioural-based interview questions.
