Interview
process took over 3 months after submitting my CV i was asked to complete a set of online tests and then was invited to complete a video interview where the questions weren't as i predicted, rather than the standard questions (why do you wanna work for us, state your strengths etc) they were situational judgement tests.
3 questions in a 1 task. 2 people asking the questions. They will ask you why you want to join the rail industry and network rail in particular. They will also ask if people see you as a good collaborator

Interview
Various stages to application process.
Application, mobile phone game, recorded interview questions, face to face interview.
Mobile game may give an advantage to some people but is a nice change.
Disliked the format of the recorded interview questions. Some seemed irrelevant to the position.
