I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Newell Brands (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Started with a campus interview with basic behavioral questions. Heard back in a week inviting me to final round. Final round was a long super day (7am-4pm) with more behavioral interviews and other activities throughout the day. Got a phone call a week and a half later with the full time offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to make a risky decision that had a creative outcome?
I met with two interviewers in thirty minute time slots. The interview was fast paced and mostly behavioral questions. There was a networking dinner the night before interviews which helped to break the ice.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Newell Brands (New York, NY)
Interview
My first step was talking to recruiters at a career fair. I then applied online, and was invited to an on-campus interview session (with a dinner the night before). Both were very relaxed. Interviews were about 30-45 minutes long. Two weeks later, I was invited to Atlanta where there was a dinner one night and an office “super day” on the following day. There we had 3 back to back interviews, and general info sessions all day long. Very similar to the first interviews. A little over a week later, I received an offer.
