I applied online and then was called for a screening. The recruiter talked really fast and his speech was a little slurred/garbled so I couldn't understand him very well. He mentioned towards the end of the call that he had "hundreds" of applicants and a lot to get through. I did not get offered another interview but Nice was very quick to follow up with an email informing me I wasn't selected to move forward which I really appreciated.

Interview process was long and drawn out. Recruiter changed midway through and I did not hear back between 2nd and 3rd interviews for over a month. Interview was a cake walk, thought it went well and was told I would hear back in days only for WEEKS to go by. Received a thanks but no thanks email after everything, which is better than being ghosted, but if this is representative of how the company operates, I’m glad I dodged a bullet. Very unprofessional.
