Based on my experience with this company, Aya will not share your Predictive Index (PI) test results, especially if you weren't selected. I even reached out to The Predictive Index itself, but their privacy policies prohibit releasing exam results on behalf of their clients; they told me only Aya can release them. My belief is that Aya really doesn't want you to know the results because it might reveal what they're really trying to do in using this tool, which is to weed out anyone who doesn't meet their preconceived notions of what constitutes "a good match". Beware of any company who uses candidate screening tactics like this: it's a major red flag. They will lead you to believe that they just want to "ensure your success in your selected role" which is really a dishonest way of saying "we have a pre-determined set of protocols that govern what we think a successful employee should be." About diversity: all you need to do is take one look at their "Palm Springs" photo on Google: it looks more like a Sorority/Fraternity photo shoot than a corporate group picture.
