******BEWARE OF THESE CLOWNS*******THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME WITH MULTIPLE INTERVIEWS AND HALF OR FULL DAY OF SHADOWING WITH THEIR ASSOCIATES AND THEN SEND YOU AN EMAIL WEEKS LATER ADVISING YOU THAT YOU WEREN'T SELECTED. THE PROCESS WAS WAY TOO LENGTHY WITH WAY TOO MANY STEPS FOR THE POSITION THEY WERE HIRING FOR. I THINK THEY WANT TO JUSTIFY THEIR TIME WASTING YOUR TIME. Also the associates I met with all seem really unhappy. Management micro-manages every aspect of your day including what time you can take lunch. I'm relieved I wasn't selected. I see why this company only receives a 1.9 rating on Glass door. Not a pretty picture with this company. My advice- STAY AWAY!!!! You can do so much better applying to other companies.
