Interview process started with an email explaining the process. it consists of a test, the "Noom Coach - Interactive Application" with a 1-week deadline. The only interaction with Noom was through an email (Coach Tallent Team, Hiring Manager) with no response. The 3rd party (Willowy) run online test did not function. I was able to work with Willowy in order to complete the application, with a reported extended deadline. After my delayed application was submitted I received an almost immediate prewritten denial letter,

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
