The interview process was minimal and quick. It was mostly standard questions that you'd expect. It was pretty laid back and not stressful really. If you show you know how to communicate the subjects your strong in, you'll be fine.

Based on grade in a class. Followed by a conversation with advisor. More of a culture fit than role specific questions. Heard back the same week and had the onboarding done remotely as it was during the pandemic.
