Northrop Grumman Associate Cyber Software Engineer interview questions

2 interviews 1 over the phone with a university recruiter to go over my resume, graduation date, etc 1 with a software engineer, no technical questions, just going over experience (work/school)

A representative send you an email and let you know they want to interview you. The interview was very unprofessional. They set me up with the wrong time, which cause me to wait 30 mins in the interview room for no reason. I received my offer the next day, and it was below market average value compare to their competitor. I declined it and go with the other aerospace company.
