I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied through Grace Hopper and had my interview during their designated GH interview days in October. The interview focused on my resume - my work experience and past projects - and went really in depth in terms of what I did and my takeaways. I received my offer a week later.

Tell me more about a project on your resume. If it was with a team, what conflicts did you come across and how did you resolve them?
Sent an email for a behavioral interview, a few brief technical questions. Started off with a resume review, then asked a few basic technical questions as I was a sophomore, ie. what the principles of OOP were and what they mean.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman

All behavioral, asked questions like name me a time you did x, how did y impact z, tell me about yourself. There was nothing that was a curveball and are par for the course for a lot of behavioral interviews in the space.
